CPI Pulse - SAP Integration Suite ("CPI Pulse") is a browser extension for Chrome and Edge that helps users enhance SAP Integration Suite monitoring by providing dashboards, message insights, artifact runtime overview, message journey analysis, idle iFlow analysis, and dependency insights. CPI Pulse offers a free trial and a paid one-time license for continued use.
The extension runs locally in the user's browser. It reads SAP Integration Suite monitoring and runtime data only from the user's active SAP Integration Suite tenant session. This monitoring data (integration flow names, message statuses, runtime artifact details, certificate/JMS/dependency information, message processing log metadata, and similar tenant data) is processed locally and is never sent to us or to any third party.
The extension lets you optionally register up to three of your own SAP tenants as DEV, TEST, and PROD (via the "Compare Runtime" and Packages pages), so you can browse or compare packages, artifacts, and deployment status across them without switching browser tabs. Registering a tenant stores only its web address (origin) locally in your browser (via chrome.storage) — this is not sent to us. To fetch data from a registered environment, the extension relays the request through that environment's own already-open browser tab, using your existing SAP session in that tab; no separate credentials are collected or transmitted, and this data stays within your browser the same as single-tenant monitoring. The extension itself never accesses, reads, or stores the SAP session cookies, tokens, or other authentication material used in that tab — it only passes the monitoring request through and reads back the response.
If you open the same SAP tenant in more than one browser tab, the extension shows a one-time notice per browser session so you're aware changes made in one tab may not appear in the other until refreshed. This uses the browser's built-in same-origin messaging (BroadcastChannel) entirely within your browser — no data is sent to us or any third party as part of this.
The extension does not collect SAP usernames, passwords, OAuth tokens, or login credentials.
To offer a paid license, the extension communicates with our license API, hosted on Cloudflare Workers (cim-monitoring-license-api.integrationmonitorcim.workers.dev), which stores license records in a Google Firestore database. This is the only external endpoint the extension contacts. The data stored consists solely of:
We do not collect or store your name, email address, or any other personal or contact information as part of license activation, validation, or lookup. The device identifier is a random value generated by the extension itself — it is not derived from any hardware identifier, browser fingerprint, or personal data, and cannot be used to identify you personally. If a license is revoked or refunded, its associated device identifier and device history are retained for up to two years (per our standard retention period, described below) solely to detect and prevent abuse of the license system; they are not used for any other purpose.
Card and other standard checkout payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, on their own hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy sends us a webhook notification containing your order ID and, transiently, the email address used at checkout; we use the order ID to generate your license record but we discard the email address rather than storing it. Lemon Squeezy's own handling of your payment and contact information is governed by their privacy policy.
For users in India, we also offer payment via UPI through our website. In this flow, you submit only your UPI transaction reference number to us for manual verification. We do not collect your email address or other personal identifiers as part of this flow, though a transaction reference number may itself be considered payment-related data by your bank or UPI provider. Once a UPI payment is verified and a license key is issued, the temporary transaction-reference record is deleted; only the resulting license record (license key, generated order ID, status, and device information as described above) is retained.
Because we do not store your email address, license key recovery is based on your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or the order ID shown to you after a UPI payment is approved). We recommend saving your license key and order number somewhere safe when you receive them.
The "Submit Suggestion" feature in the extension opens your device's own email application with a prefilled message addressed to us. Any name, email, or suggestion text you enter is sent only through your own email app when you choose to send it — the extension itself does not transmit this information anywhere.
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer license or usage data to third parties, other than the infrastructure providers described above (Cloudflare, Google Firestore, and Lemon Squeezy) who process data solely on our behalf to operate the extension and process payments.
The extension stores your license key, install date, and generated device identifier locally in your browser (via chrome.storage), along with temporary cache data used to improve performance. This local data is not sent to us except as part of the license activation/validation requests described above.
License records are retained for as long as needed to administer licenses (including handling refunds, revocations, and support requests). Device-history entries older than two years are automatically pruned. Pending UPI transaction records are deleted automatically once a payment is approved and the license key has been delivered. You may request deletion of your license record at any time by contacting us at the address below, using your license key or order number.
Because we do not collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information in connection with license activation, most license and device data we hold cannot be linked back to you as an individual without your license key or order number. Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) grants you rights of access, correction, or erasure over data we do hold, you may exercise these by contacting us with your license key or order number, and we will respond and, where applicable, delete the associated record.
Our legal basis for processing license and device data under the GDPR is performance of a contract (issuing and administering the license you purchased) and our legitimate interest in preventing license abuse and fraud.
We do not sell or share (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA) any personal information. California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information we hold, though as noted above we hold very little data that is linkable to an individual absent a license key or order number. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
CPI Pulse is a business tool intended for use by SAP Integration Suite administrators and developers, and is not directed at or intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
The extension requests the following browser permissions, each used solely for the purposes described below:
We request no permissions beyond what is needed for these features.
We may update this policy as the extension's features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
